to Send a QuickBooks File to Us

easy. Just send us your file via email and we'll get it resolved
for you. Here's the
procedure:

Back up your
QuickBooks files using the File/Backup command.

Make sure
you know the file path to the backup. If you don't, make a note so you can
locate it for attachment to your
email.

Open your
email program.
-
Address the
email to mahle@sierratel.com
-
Under the Subject heading, type in a month
or some identifying title.

Click on the "Attach" or
"Insert Attachment" feature (sometimes shown with a
paperclip icon) or follow your email package's instructions on
attachments.

Find the file using the path you recorded
above.

Send your file with the attachment.
