Reviewed and approved minutes of last month’s (April) meeting with minor corrections (Troop 94 instead of 341) 

Discussions:

Dick Rekart - No controlled burn at Hensley Lake. Amateur radio field day will be the last week of June at Yosemite High School

Jerry Thompson - more field day info

Dave Wolin - no military news to report

Stu Tanner - Announced Senior Health fair in Mariposa

Shirley Finneman - No health dept. news. Discussed further the upcoming display at the Peddlers Fair.

Chris Dragoo - Drill went well. Upcoming CDF Training on the 21st. More equipment arriving; decon kits, suits, masks, gloves, etc. Still waiting for tent. Satellite phones are now at Sierra Ambulance and Urgent Care

Further discussion - Peddlers Fair materials, town hall meeting re: prop 63 to fund mental health services.

Upcoming - Relay for Life on the 21st. Participating is Sierra Ambulance and the Urgent Care.

Next committee meeting for volunteer expo is next Thursday.

Topics for next month include potential training for new volunteers, additional promotions for volunteer expo and health fair planning update 

Don't forget to leave money in the pot for doughnuts.,
