This is a very crude version of the bay project
So with a breakwater in place we would then need a pier with slips to moor our boats to.I have a design in mind for a habitat that we can live in and on the ocean with, we could also moor to the pier or out in the bay.We could design and build our fish hatchery and tend it here plus study the various ways to desalinate water,collect solar energy,make use of wave energy to generate electricity.Conserve and study the life in the bay. A small wind or solar farm would be perfect for our project.
We could design and build a solar powered boat to use in our work.On shore would be the main shop,office and other living quarters, a place to cook and share meals with.We could also use one or two wind generators to power our research facility.We could do a feasability study on waste treatment also.
A floating facility to raise the fish and to live and study on is part of the design
Our goal would be to design our fish hatchery to be easy to work on and easy to release the fish into the ocean once they were big enough.Finding new ways to accomlish work as a whole group,sharing the more tedious labours with taking turns grappling with managment decisons.Learning ways to come to a consensus on goals and or decisons.

Incorporation -I could plan on incorporating as a Non Profit. This has several beneficial features that would work for people who need a tax break and want to do something with their money that the state or the federal government isnt doing. For idealists to bring about their ideals. It would take two or more people who are interested in creating this project to be officers of the corporation.As a non profit we can hold land as an example to maintain an ecosystem with out disturbing the local animal life so we would be land husbands of a little cove to preserve life and we could qualify as an educational non profit to do research on fish production, release into the ocean and make the public aware of the alternatives.Please contact future utopia if your interested in this part of future utopia.
