    We could begin by combining all the money spent on social programs from the Federal government and the State governments and the Local governments and private contributers to solving the Nations poverty problems into one entity to distribute the card to each person.The resources would only be needed one time because this form is self supporting and generates a profit as people use it going about there daily lives.We would probably need to manage the resources a bit to make sure we didnt use to much of one thing or the other but actually keeping people in the lower income brackets does this because they cant buy the stuff anyway.

    Where we could begin is in the maintanance sector where millions and millions could work maintaining what does not get maintained at the present time or is under maintained because of lack of resources.More parks,more waterways,more people maintaining our city,state or nation.More lakes,more sea shore and so on.

    Another sector we could never fill up is the service sectors,and we need millions doing research on thousands of things, solar, wind, alterantive fuels, healthcare , elderly, feeding and caring for children and so on.
