Imagine with a world mostly water that there are deserts and barran land.What we need to do is desalinate ocean water which is in abundance and move it inland to where its needed for living and farming.The population of the world is going to be increasing so we will need more farm land and more food.As budgeted members we wont need to concentrate in the citys where the jobs are.This is a logical way of accomplishing this.The citys are full of human waste which could be processed into fertilizer and mulch and used on the reclaimed land.As an example the waste products from the treatment plants could be mixed with mulch and spread over dry land to prepare the land for use as living or farming,or we could extract the methane gas and turn a turbine to generate electricity.There is always mulch in the citys as the gardners are always looking for some place to dump there tailings.There are many methods most of which are not inexpensive at least in this economic form.However to redesign the economic model to make use of these potentials is possible We could pay ourselves to solve these problems.
Alternative method,moving seawater inland
Actually pumping seawater inland to a low area like the salton sea or the dead sea would be an alternative,then allow the natural process of evaporation to change the local weather,adding more moisture to the air.Then set up local desalinisors to extract fresh water for the local projects. How about a low area in some of the more extreme deserts of africa.
Upgrade our system
We could upgrade our system to make all the things we need to do not only possible but could guide us in a more positive social direction.We really can not depend of the taxation type of system to accomplish all that is needed to survive in the present and the future.Beside dividing the haves from the have nots its really too limiting in many other ways to use as an economic method to move into the future with.Doubly so with the population growing in leaps and bounds,because we will be competing against oneanother instead of working in Unity.
Redesigned system
We could use all the outer aspects of the present methods,the banks and the financial institutions, like having a bank account with checking,and credit cards and currency and change the inner workings to include each member,not a loan for profit venture owned by a few people. Once we upgraded we could then apply ourselves to solving these problems without creating debt.Each person is essentialy working for themselves or the system and as they work or study they will be generating income and replacing what they use from their budgets plus a little extra to accumulate in the system.$16.90 per hour plus 75cents up to $16.90 on a sliding scale.
Unlimited tools
Now we would have unlimited tools to work with and a larger amount of people to work with.More opportunitys for human fullfilment and achievement.The more people who choose to work on a given problem the more resources are generated and returned to a system that everyone really is a part of from the moment they become a budgeted member.So no matter what we tried to accomplish we would have an economy to do it with without borrowing or going into debt or taxation.And the bottom line would continue growing as we engaged in more and more activitys.
