We catch fish much faster than the fish can replace themselves.What we should do is give the fish a helping hand by creating fresh and salt water fish hatcherys along the shore.The usual method is to catch as many fish as we can till there are no more and once gone change to another fish.These kinds of practices which are in effect today are one of the causes of depletion and once the source of life is gone its gone from the earth for good,extinct.

The latest solution is to limit the catch which is just the opposite of what we really need,but it is better than no solution at all.With a growing Population we will need more fish not less,so we should plan for hungry people in the future.If we all worked at this togethere we could easily refill the ocean.The major drawback is we need a new economic form to accomplish this with,one that would allow each nation the tools to go about doing this.We could do this and much more with a budgeted economic form because each member would be a needed member contributing activity as part of our economy and the more people the better.So the people who normaly fished six months of the year could now work in the fish hatchery the other six months hatching fish to return to the ocean.

So the usual method should be changed,as an example we could combine growing fish to release into the ocean which would then refill the ocean with not only fish for food but we could make sure that many of the species headed for extinction would survive
