We are rapidly moving into the 21st Century and to do so we need to create a new economic form to move smoothly into and solve the problems inherent in the present form.
We would have a much better tool to work within if we redesigned our systems with some specific ideals.We should include everyone in our new system,that way we can eliminate poverty all at one time.
Crime and Poverty which is a by product of the present system could almost solve itself once each person has their own budget.
We could create a much more positive Earth if we used a budget by census economic form which could be designed to tend to the needs of the whole population and one with which we could renovate our nations with.
What we really need is a system that doesnt create debt,and doesnt create unnecessary competition amongst peoples and nations.We could create a sustainable system not dependent on consumerism and save resources by creating a system thats not so dependent on profit as the gross national product, as an example and still live a higher quality of life.Basing our system on a census and then each person as the profit,each person generates the entry level value,($32,950)plus an additional value which goes back into the system.Then just about anything each person does would be the profit which would accumulate in the system.Creating and living in an early western town would save resources and generate the same amount of profit as a consumerist based system possibly even more because we really could make use of every person in each society.So even if you were not building something or selling something your activity would be generating the profit,such as research or going to school. Since the system would be unified we wouldnt need to tax and redistribute, its fairly lopsided and many society members are not benefited by the present tax model.
This alternative includes local, state and national governments and instead of taxation, each individual as they are active actually put resources back into the system.Because we would really be United our children would be living in a much more peaceful and positively oriented system.By making each person a budgeted member the need for taxation for social programs is no longer necessary because we could begin above poverty.We would probably need less prisons and jails,more heath care providers and health centers.Then as one race of humans we could walk the earth peacefully as one society.
