Roadside conservation Project
There are a unending amount of nature to take care of here in California where I live in the Sierra's, a citizen could generate a positive potential eight hours a day by tending to nature here.Creating a small sanctuary just about any where, studying the local animal population and planting food crops and providing a watering place, such as a small pond which would help maintain a watershed. Then keep a webpage up to date with current information for other people to read if interested about the project and the kind of plant and animal life there or to get an idea for a project of their own. This could be a good way to conserve local open space. Reading locally I found that the salamander is on the endangerd spieces list.Ive seen them during the summer clinging to rocks on the side of the road here. This and much more could be possible with a budget by census economic form.At $16.90 per hour plus 75 cents a budgeted member would be generating $141.20 a day.Now projects like these seem to have more potential than Poverty and welfare. This kind of work can be adjusted according to what each citizen would like to participate at,as an example five hours working and studying the sanctuary which might be a roadside rest stop you might make interesting by putting in a picnic table and some small markers indicating what kind of animal and plant life you were looking at.Then three more hours working on your computer or another project.Just depends on how much you want to do.Imagine looking around the local area and seeing a project you would like to do and actually being able to do it.
Bike foot path along the merced river
Being a bycycler and always riding around I noticed the road to yosemite national park would be a perfect place to put in a bike/foot path .Between briceburg and el portel the old railroad line ran along the merced river, there is still quite a bit of old rail bed there, abounds in wildlife. Chocked full of interesting nooks and cranies from the past.Riding along the road is dangerous, but across the river would be safe. And it would make a beautiful trail to walk and camp along.Simply by raising the people in poverty to entry level we would have 30 million or so members to be active at projects like these and without having to raise taxes to do so.

As I was riding my bike to town today I noticed a beautiful, but very run down piece of property that needed tending to, pretty much abandoned looking. We could as budgeted members renovate many of these fixer uppers and generate the same $141.20 each day as we worked on any of these projects. Some thirty or more million americans are not home owners and could be within this economic form.
A carpet of wildflowers
Imagine a carpet of wildflowers leading into your favorite community,It would probably pull in a lot of nature lovers just to look at natures artwork, a budgeted by census model would provide the resources to do some beautification projects. Some other beautification projects I would like to implement are stone carvers country side projects and some thoughts about artistic construction projects.Such as a gigantic seated pharaoh on a new dam.
