ABOUT MY PRACTICE -

A small practice in the Sierra Nevada foothills, near the South entrance to Yosemite National Park. See map here.Being in a small rural community, the practice is very diversified, mostly dealing with family law, real property, criminal, business, wills and trusts.

SERVICES AVAILABLE -

I offer consultations, associations and appearances in the local courthouses of Bass Lake, Mariposa and Madera.

Statewide services are limited to the family law area. For those of you who need simple consultations and paperwork prepared on your behalf, I can provide these services for you at the costs comparable to paralegal rates. As of date I only have a questionaire for Family Law; However, if you need other forms of pleadings, please go to the Family Law Forms, answer the relevant questions and send your inquiry under the other information box at the bottom of the page. For the local community, my services are known for high quality and personal services and I thank the community for their support.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES -

Well as you can tell by the photographs, my pleasures come from certain outdoor activities. Practicing law, when I was younger, was mostly a means to climb. Climbing was mostly in the Sierra Nevada's and include several noteworthy ascents.

Today I'm not climbing as much, but enjoy the more leisurely outdoor activities that include fishing, hiking, mining and skiing.
