Bob Gisburne's S90 Express is for sale.

To whom it may concern:

Engine was a first run core, rebuilt by DeMars Aero in Fort Collins CO.
It is a 260hp model that I put Millenium cylinders on and high
compression pistons, so it puts out 290hp.  Very smooth running and
strong engine.  Total time since reman 310 hours.

Prop was a rebuild yellow tag unit from American Propellors in Northern,
CA.  3-blade McCauley, also 310 TT since reman.  Also, new prop governor.

Avionics were all NEW except for the King HSI system which was a yellow
tag reman unti from JA Avionics in DuPage, IL.  They built the entire
panel and it is indeed a full-IFR certified panel with an IFR GPS, the
KLN89B.  So avionics is 310 TT.

I built the first series 90 conversion flying.  I had built the CT tail
off the airplane and was about to put it on when EDI came out with the
S-90 conversion.  I went to Oregon and flew each version one right after
the other.  The S-90 felt most like my F33 Bonanza, so I wrote a check
that day.  I'm VERY pleased with the larger tail and the IO540 engine
combination.

I have about $235K invested in the airplane.  I had it built by Phoenix
Composites.  The panel as I said was done by JA Avionics.  After it is
painted and flying, I am asking $160K.   I have a bunch of stuff to go
with the airplane like:

* Custom cabin cover
* Two Bose headsets with permanent installed connections for pilot/co-pilot
* Tow bar
* Several boxes of additional switches, circuit breakers, etc.

Jerry Sjoustrand knows a lot about my airplane.  He has been a tremendous
help in "completing it" after Phoenix Composites was done.  I have copied
him on this note in the event you wish to talk to him about it.

I will send the pictures and logs by overnight mail.

Please email me any other questions!

Thanks,  Bob

This aircraft had a landing incident on November 25, 1998. The inboard gear attach bracket weld on Rib R failed causing the right main gear to fold in an upward direction. On rollout, the left inboard gear attach bracket failed also. Repairs are nearly complete. Email photos of the damage are available. NO PROP STRIKE! Wings are going to paint 5/24/99, balance of the aircraft will go to paint around June 1. Aircraft completed and flying by July 1.
