Register now to ensure placement on a team!

Download and complete a registration form (even if the child played in the Fall).

All players must fill out new registration forms.

Send form and a check payable to 'MAYSL' to the address below or drop off in an envelope at the boxes located at the following locations: Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Wasuma, North Fork and Spring Valley Elementary Schools.

Early cost is $35 for returning players (those who played in the Fall).

Early cost is $60 for other players (those who did not play in the Fall).

Add $5 after February 15, 2012.
