Rates for non-local casuals are $700 (plus air-fare if applicable). Travel time and expenses may apply.
Add $100 if necessary for Mr. Bopp to provide electric piano.
Add $150 if the engagement conflicts with Mr. Bopp's regular performance schedule (see Schedule), provided a substitute can be secured.
Concerts, fund-raisers, and festival appearances negotiated separately.
