11/3/2010 – Update to STI Terms
Section 10 (Copyright Infringement), subsection 4, changed to:
“Repeat copyright infringement will result in temporary account suspension, up to and including permanent account termination.”
10/18/2010 – Update to STI Terms
Added new section 10: Copyright Infringement and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
8/11/2010 – Update to STI Terms
Removed sections on Global Roaming and Giganetmall as obsolete.
7/20/2010 – Update to STI terms
Section 18 updated to:
  1. Redistribution Package: Redistribution services are available to business accounts only. STI reserves the right to block redistribution of STI service, if STI deems the redistribution unreasonable in scope.
  2. Commercial redistribution by Customer for resale is not permitted. Redistribution of services without prior approval of STI will result in immediate termination of service. Redistribution services may be shut down by Company at any time, and for any reason without prior notification.
  3. Customer is responsible for all abuse activity which may occur on redistributed services network. Customer will be charged the standard network labor rate for abuse investigation performed by company for abuse that takes place on redistribution services network.
5/24/2010 – DSL Speed Upgrade
DSL download speeds increased without additional charges. All speed increases are effective immediately. Please see the Plans page for details.
3/15/2010 – New Junkmail and Virus Filtering Solution
We are pleased to announce a new solution for Junk Email filtering and Email virus protection on all STI email accounts. All subscribers received an email from STI Support regarding this change.
Within the next couple of weeks, you will receive another email informing you that this service has been activated. This notification (Daily Spam Digest) will include a web link for you to access your new Message Center.
