The Safety Coordinator/Human Resources Generalist will provide assistance to the Human Resources department with duties ranging from supporting day-to-day human resource operations as well as providing safety coordination to ensure safe and efficient operations. The goal of this position is to bolster HR administration and workplace safety programs and training according to legal standards and foster a strong safety culture within the organization.
This position, under the supervision and guidance of an experienced technician, is responsible for laying out assigned jobs while completing duties safely and efficiently. The Universal Technician will coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional and reliable network services and switching services for all customers, including maintenance and operation of Central Office equipment and troubleshooting of Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL).
This position is responsible to research, design, and coordinate to final completion the installation and/or rearrangement of all Outside Plant fiber, cable, and electronic facilities. The employee must apply sound economical, construction, and engineering principles, including Rural Utilities Service (RUS) standards, in the best interests of the Company and the customer.
