This position is responsible for researching, planning, designing, and coordinating the installation and/or rearrangement of all fiber projects to completion and maintaining all fiber records for Outside Plant fiber, which includes fiber to the home, in addition to the Central Office fiber ring topology. Using MS Visio, the Fiber Network Engineer will create and update documentation and drawings. The role requires the application of sound economic, construction, and engineering principles, including Rural Utilities Service (RUS) standards, in the best interest of the Company and the customer.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN I
This position is responsible for assisting with the various activities associated with the construction of telephone Outside Plant facilities, completed in the safest and most efficient manner.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
This position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing Human Resources (HR) policies and practices for the Company in compliance with applicable laws and industry-wide trends. The Human Resources Manager will engage in long-term and short-term planning and implement Human Resources objectives with the approval of executive management. The position will also provide leadership to the Payroll and Safety functions of the Company and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / JR. AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
This is a dual-role position with first priority responsibilities in groundskeeping and facilities maintenance and general automotive maintenance and repairs as needed. The incumbent will ensure the good condition of Company facilities, equipment, and grounds.
