This position is responsible for maintaining equal access service order flow. Core duties include processing service orders, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), and affiliate billing. This position is also required to post, collect, sort, and distribute mail and work with others in the Billing Department to ensure smooth and complete operations.

FIBER NETWORK ENGINEER
FIBER NETWORK ENGINEER

This position is responsible to research, plan, design, and coordinate the installation and/or rearrangement of all fiber projects to completion and maintain all fiber records for Outside Plant fiber, which includes fiber to the home, in addition to the Central Office fiber ring topology. Using MS Visio, the Fiber Network Engineer will create and update documentation and drawings. The role requires the application of sound economic, construction, and engineering principles, including Rural Utilities Service (RUS) standards, in the best interest of the Company and the customer.

REGULATORY CLERK

This position is responsible to research and analyze regulatory changes and perform related tasks such as: tariff preparation or modification, procedures development and maintenance, complex price quote preparation, rate development, and preparation of data request responses.  The position will interface with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), telecommunications carriers, emergency service agencies, and other third parties regarding regulatory, billing, operational, and customer issues.  All job responsibilities must be performed in accordance with established deadlines.

This position is responsible for land matters including discussions with private parties and public and government agencies to obtain necessary rights-of-way, contracts, leases, and other agreements within established policies.

JUNIOR TELECOM TECHNICIAN
JUNIOR TELECOM TECHNICIAN

This position will work alongside experienced Technicians to gain skills and knowledge in all aspects of providing exceptional and reliable network services and switching services for all customers. The role of the Junior Telecom Technician requires primarily outdoor fieldwork in all elements.

UNIVERSAL TECHNICIAN
UNIVERSAL TECHNICIAN

This position, under the supervision and guidance of an experienced technician, is responsible for laying out assigned jobs while completing duties in a safe and efficient manner. The Universal Technician will coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
