COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

This position is responsible to research and analyze regulatory changes and perform related tasks such as: tariff preparation or modification, procedures development and maintenance, complex price quote preparation, rate development, and preparation of data request responses. The position will interface with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), telecommunications carriers, emergency service agencies, and other third parties regarding regulatory, billing, operational, and customer issues. All job responsibilities must be performed in accordance with established deadlines.

This entry-level position is responsible to provide excellent service to customers by answering inbound and making outbound calls regarding products and services to respond to public inquiries on the selection and availability of services, carrying out orders to establish or change service, collecting payments, and resolving basic product or service problems. This position assists customers in placing and receiving telephone calls, connecting to the Internet, and providing related services. All customer interactions must comply with industry regulations and established Company procedures for customer verification and documentation. Customer interactions will generally be limited to basic telephone, Internet, and technical-related topics.

RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT

This position is responsible for land matters including discussions with private parties and public and government agencies to obtain necessary rights-of-way, contracts, leases, and other agreements within established policies.

UNIVERSAL TECHNICIAN
UNIVERSAL TECHNICIAN

This position, under the supervision and guidance of an experienced technician, is responsible for laying out assigned jobs while completing duties in a safe and efficient manner. The Universal Technician will coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
