  1. Building Maintenance Electrician (DEADLINE: Open until filled)
    This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and proper functionality of electrical equipment and systems in all Company facilities. Position also has the responsibility for all phases of building construction and maintenance.
  2. Customer Care Associate Trainee (DEADLINE: Open until filled)
    This entry-level position is responsible to provide excellent service to customers by answering in-bound calls regarding products and services, responding to requests, and resolving product or service problems. This position assists customers in placing and receiving telephone calls and provides related services. All customer interactions must comply with industry regulations and established Company procedures for customer verification and documentation. Customer interactions will generally be limited to basic telephone, Internet, and technical-related topics.
  3. Junior Automotive Shop Technician (DEADLINE: Wednesday October 23, 2019)
    This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, tools, and equipment. The Automotive Shop Junior Technician will make deliveries as needed, and accept shipments for all Company vehicles and equipment as assigned. In addition, this position may perform elementary vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  4. Junior Construction Technician (DEADLINE: Open until filled)
    This position is responsible for assisting with the various activities associated with the construction of telephone Outside Plant facilities, completed in the safest and most efficient manner.
  5. Outside Plant Facilities Engineer (DEADLINE: Open until filled)
    This position is responsible to research, design, and coordinate to completion the installation and/or rearrangement of all Outside Plant fiber, cable, and electronic facilities. The employee must apply sound economical, construction and engineering principles, including Rural Utilities Service (RUS) standards, in the best interests of the Company and the customer.
  6. Regulatory Accountant (DEADLINE: Open until filled)
    This position is responsible to research and analyze regulatory changes and perform related tasks such as; accounting functions, tariff preparation or modification, procedures development and maintenance, complex price quote preparation, rate development, and preparation of data request responses. The position will interface with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), telecommunications carriers, emergency service agencies, and other third parties regarding regulatory, accounting, billing, operational, and customer issues. All job responsibilities must be performed in accordance with established deadlines.
