Community Outreach Donation and Sponsorship Program

For decades, Sierra Tel has proudly supported the local communities we serve. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please return the following items to communityoutreach@stcg.net a minimum of 60 days prior to the date needed:

1. Completed Request Form
2. W-9 Form
3. Poster, Flyer, or Information on Letterhead About the Event or Cause

All complete submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis and receive thoughtful consideration according to our established criteria and available resources. Please allow sufficient time for processing your request. You will be notified of the committee’s decision following the review. Thank you for your cooperation as we strive to support our communities effectively.
