BILLING CLERK I
This position is responsible for maintaining equal access service order flow. Core duties include processing service orders, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), affiliate billing, carrier maintenance (Toll), update mailing addresses and payment processing. This position is also required to post, collect, sort, and distribute mail and work with others in the Billing Department to ensure smooth and complete operations.
MARKETING AND SALES ASSOCIATE
This position is responsible for drafting, developing, defining, and executing marketing plans, programs, and strategies for the area market segments. The Marketing and Sales Associate supports customer acquisition and revenue generation by building brand awareness, developing and managing marketing campaigns, and guiding potential buyers through the sales funnel to close deals. This position will also conduct appraisals of product pricing and market penetration to maintain the Company’s competitive position. In addition, the position actively promotes and sells telecommunications services through direct customer engagement, community outreach, and local networking to support market growth and increase customer acquisition and retention.
